It's our 1st time staying in Seclusive, and we chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here (we're from Singapore). In our 6 days trip in Shanghai, this is the 3rd hotel we've stayed for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms - a suite and a king-sized bedroom. Talk about the downside first. The suite (on the 2nd floor) is spacious with a terrace, however the king-sized bedroom (on the ground floor) was extremely small, it will not be suitable if you're a 6 footer at all (you'd probably be knocking your knee to alot of things). Since it is an old structured building, the sewerage system is no good (toilets in both our rooms were choked and needed attention). The staircase to the level 2 was really steep with uneven carpet. They should also plan to hire more (& younger) housekeeping staff as cleaning up the rooms takes longer than expected, we waited on the day of check-in as well as when we were out for lunch (2 hours). Now on the good things! Location is great as it is walking distance to alot of shops, cafes, restaurants. We reckon that this is a 'hot' and 'social influencer' locality with lotsa crowd taking photos and vids. What made the stay MOST PLEASANT and MEMORABLE is the staff named Ace, true to his name - he was truly a superstar with top-notch service and attitude, the type you'd think never exist in this world! From settling the laundry (with an external vendor), booking cars, restaurants reservations, birthday-surprise decor to the room, all coordination with external vendors and many more! Last but not least - with a bright smile at all times! If at all we decide to be back, its only because of Ace!

Subject: Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadine Apart Hotel on Yanan Road, and I would like to share my thoughts on the experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite good, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The central location enhanced my overall experience, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were a highlight of my stay. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Their warm hospitality added a positive touch to my visit, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. However, as I booked a 2-bedroom service apartment, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen lacked any utensils. This oversight made it challenging to fully utilize the kitchen for cooking or food preparation. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the kitchen were equipped with basic utensils to cater to the needs of guests opting for service apartments. Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the overall positive experience. The location, coupled with the friendly and helpful staff, makes me inclined to consider staying there again in the future. I hope the management takes note of the kitchen utensil issue and considers addressing it to further improve the guest experience.

Although the hotel is not beside the highway, it is very easy to find. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the waiters are gentle and friendly. It is very cost-effective for a family to live in a twin room for business travel.

It was really unfortunate that I drank too much and suffered a brain hemorrhage. I hung the water in the emergency department of Huashan Hospital, a subsidiary of Fudan University. The hospital said that there was no bed in the hospital. I could lie on the temporary bed overnight. I thought about asking the doctor if I could stay in a nearby hotel. After the doctor allowed it, I found this hotel in the hospital. I was a little worried about seeing the bad reviews, but I chose the photo of the net friendly review. The double room was 212 yuan. When I arrived at the scene, the facade was small. After all, the city center, but the room was still very clean and hygienic. There was also a smart toilet. The bed was comfortable, at least more comfortable than the hospital bed. Downstairs are also eating, quite convenient. It is also1.9 kilometers away from the hospital!

Close to Shanghai Railway Station, the room is spacious and clean. Sleeping at night is very quiet. It is also close to the subway station. About 1km. The front desk is very good. Nearby is Dingxi Road and Yuyuan Road, there are more delicious, there is a Shanghai old alley noodle restaurant, everyone can try it, it feels very good The fly in the ointment, the room is a bit difficult to find, the air conditioner is old
