CitiGO House Senlan service apartment is conveniently located, less than a 5-minute walk from Zhouhai Rd metro station. The apartment is well-maintained, with daily changes of beddings and toiletries. It features a good gym, halal restaurants nearby, and a quiet environment with soundproof doors. The building has a nice lobby and offers amenities such as a passcode access, a well-equipped bath, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and washing machine.

I selected the Vienna International Hotel for my trip to Disneyland Shanghai based on its price, location, and available services, and I believe it was a great choice. This hotel is about a 10 to 12 minute ride from Pudong Airport and only 20 minutes from Disneyland.  The hotel offers reasonable rates and provides guests with a free shuttle service to both the airport and Disneyland. I used WeChat to receive notifications about the pickup times for the morning shuttle to Disneyland as well as the return shuttle from Disneyland at night.  In the morning, I took the free shuttle to Disneyland and stayed until the park closed, then used the shuttle to return to the hotel. I also utilized the complimentary airport shuttle when I checked out.  There are several local restaurants across the street that are just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel with convenient airport and Disneyland Shanghai shuttles, I highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel.

Hotel Review: A Convenient Stay with Excellent Amenities I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several ways Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the check-in process seamless. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and I appreciated the fresh linens and toiletries provided. One of the standout features of this hotel is the airport transfer service. It was incredibly convenient to have reliable transportation arranged for my arrival and departure. The shuttle was punctual and comfortable, which alleviated any stress about navigating public transport or dealing with taxis. Overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free. The location of this hotel is good because it is near to the airport (PVG) about 20mins and the room is so big. Although the spring is the famous facility, it is only service afternoon which means customers should not expect to enjoy the spring at anytime. There is not many mall and tourist spots near to the hotel and it just like countryside of Shanghai which is quiet and far from city. The service officer is nice but some facilities is not enough like charger of cellphone.

Summarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

I like the room washing part is outside n shower part is inside so for twin sharing partner more convenient; then the shower designs is special by pressing button to choose for holding or the top shower

Booked this hotel as it was close to Disneyland. The service was good despite the language barrier. The room was nice and the price was so good! There was also a projector although it was only in chinese. Not an issue as I only turn it on for background noise. They also provide Chinese breakfast which I love it! There’s a convenient store and noodle shop just outside the hotel and Starbucks and KFC a block away if you are not used to local food. Most importantly, they provide airport and Disneyland shuttle which made my stay hassle free!

I am full of expectations for the upcoming journey. My room is located on the upper floors of the hotel. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can have a panoramic view of the prosperous beauty of Shanghai. The decoration style in the room is simple but luxurious. Every piece of furniture and furnishings looks so just right, both practical and beautiful. The comfort of the bed is impeccable. A good night's sleep made me refreshed the next day and injected full energy for the next trip. In addition, the hotel's catering is also a highlight. Whether it is the rich and diverse breakfast or the exquisite and delicious dinner, it makes me feast my mouth. Not only does the food taste great, but you can also taste authentic Shanghai cuisine, which makes people linger. The hotel's gym, swimming pool, conference room, room facilities, and catering services all show excellent quality and standards. Looking forward to staying again next time!

The hotel is about 10mins by car from the Disney station. the hotel has about 50 rooms with different themes. we book 3 family rooms, 2 sunset theme and one room with slide.. we forgot to take photo of the rooms but the environment was very nice and pleasant. the hotel provides shuttle service to and fro disneyland at specific timings, add their wechat acct to make bookings and get timing informations. the hotel provides food service too and was very delicious.. we had 2 dinners at the hotel restaurant.. but not exactly a restaurant more like a home cooked food by one aunty. ordered thru the wechat app and can just time them wat time we want the meals to be served.. thumbs up.. really good service too.. the kids had fun with tue cats and dog and pony in the premise. will definately come back again to stay if we travel to shanghai again.
