Very good service of the hotel. We were so satisfied that the staff talked English. You could ask whatever you needed, from help for the hotel service till help for transport. Also good food, to many choices. We were helped by Snow, very kind and sweet girl. We surely recommend this hotel. Come and enjoy your stay from a nice view to a good service!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport) and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Shanghai Disneyland. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Disneyland, the metro station, and Pudong Airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Ms. Li Liping, Auntie Zhang Dehua (who kindly assisted with free laundry service), and Ms. Zhu Shuqun (our housekeeper). Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! Do note, however, that the hotel is located quite far from the city center.

I like the room washing part is outside n shower part is inside so for twin sharing partner more convenient; then the shower designs is special by pressing button to choose for holding or the top shower

The overall experience of staying in the hotel is very satisfactory. The front desk provides free luggage storage service. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the space is large, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, the transportation is very convenient, the lighting in the room is also very good, and the whole room is smart Very convenient. There is also a Disney shuttle service in the morning. It is very convenient and highly recommended.

The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and I appreciated the fresh linens and toiletries provided. One of the standout features of this hotel is the airport transfer service. It was incredibly convenient to have reliable transportation arranged for my arrival and departure. The shuttle was punctual and comfortable, which alleviated any stress about navigating public transport or dealing with taxis. Overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free. I selected the Vienna International Hotel for my trip to Disneyland Shanghai based on its price, location, and available services, and I believe it was a great choice. This hotel is about a 10 to 12 minute ride from Pudong Airport and only 20 minutes from Disneyland.  The hotel offers reasonable rates and provides guests with a free shuttle service to both the airport and Disneyland. I used WeChat to receive notifications about the pickup times for the morning shuttle to Disneyland as well as the return shuttle from Disneyland at night.  In the morning, I took the free shuttle to Disneyland and stayed until the park closed, then used the shuttle to return to the hotel. I also utilized the complimentary airport shuttle when I checked out.  There are several local restaurants across the street that are just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel with convenient airport and Disneyland Shanghai shuttles, I highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel.

This is my second time in that hotel, last time was good, so I chose it again... And it was quite disappointed. I mean, it's still very clean and convenient (yes, a little bit old, but price is okay), but this time air conditioner in my room didn't work at all! When I asked a reception about it, girl just called security for me, there was no apology, nothing, it was very unfriendly. Then the security came to my room, and just said that the air conditioner was working. I showed to him a lot of times that I have been in the hotel for 2 hours and the room is still hot, and the air conditioner gives an error on the screen. But he insisted that everything was working. You can see the photos. As a result, he left immediately, and the air conditioner just made loud noises all night, but did not cool at all. I was too tired to go to talk with reception at night. So it was definitely a terrible experience. I am very disappointed in the service

Summarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

Booked this hotel as it was close to Disneyland. The service was good despite the language barrier. The room was nice and the price was so good! There was also a projector although it was only in chinese. Not an issue as I only turn it on for background noise. They also provide Chinese breakfast which I love it! There’s a convenient store and noodle shop just outside the hotel and Starbucks and KFC a block away if you are not used to local food. Most importantly, they provide airport and Disneyland shuttle which made my stay hassle free!

The room was very satisfactory, and the room was very good. The hotel lobby told me that it was very refreshing and clean, including corridors and so on. My aunt's stay was very good.The facilities are also very clean and sanitary, including the cleaning of the room. My aunt will give us the toiletries every day to help us change the sheets and quilts. The surrounding environment is also very good in terms of hygiene. There are free Disney shuttle buses and shuttle buses at subway stations. The timing is super reasonable and convenient.It is also very convenient to take a taxi around, the environment is also very good, and the stay is very satisfactory. It is also very happy and particularly satisfactory to stay in this hotel when you come to Disney.The lobby on the first floor also provides children with amusement parks and so on. You can get hand cream and so on by pushing sunscreen.
