We recently stayed with kids at the Intercontinental Shanghai Wonderland, and it was an incredible experience! The architecture is breathtaking, built into a quarry, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms offer stunning views, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the indoor pool to the amazing dining options. It truly felt like a one-of-a-kind retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious escape!

We loved our 4-night stay (with a 6-hour extension) in this hotel. On top of a really good service, we got free breakfast, too. The breakfast is Asian style. Being Filipinos, we enjoyed it. We had the Chinese version of ”buchi,” ”lumpia,” ”chao fan,” ”siopao,” and more. We also had orange juice, soy milk, milk, coffee, and water for drinks. If you are looking for a Western style breakfast, there is KFC and Starbucks right at the Metro Station area (or subway), where you can also ride Line 9. We ate burgers bought at KFC, my mother found the burger with tomatoes delicious. They have free bottled water, provided with a kettle and tea. There is also a robot that serves as the hotel delivery boy. :-) I wish we could have a robot like that at home. :-D The people at the hotel are really great. We wish to say hello to Ms. Zhao Ming Di, who assisted us and was very helpful and resourceful. :-) They've got hot shower, with shampoo and soap provided. Towels are included, too. You can watch Hollywood movies on their TV, too. We played ”The Mummy,” ”Gladiator,” etc. We also watched a Chinese movie ”Shaolin Popey” with English subtitles. :-) If you wish to extend your stay at this hotel, you can pay 25RMB/hour for your room. If you are a nature lover, this hotel is near Sheshan Hill (Line 9 Sheshan Metro Station). In fact, the Sheshan area itself has its own tourist spots (not just the Catholic church and the space observatory. There are many others.). They are not as famous as The Bund area, of course, but you will like the Sheshan area if you have the chance and the effort to explore it. I sincerely wish we were able to explore the Sheshan area more, but we only spent a few hours and we spent all of it on the top of the Sheshan hill. If you want to buy sweets and goods to take home, this hotel is near Qibao Ancient Town (Line 9 Qibao Metro Station). There are many shops there and their prices are much lower than those in The Bund. My mother bought many things at Qibao, like candies, toys, a comb, etc. I bought a pocketwatch. They also sell Chinese traditional clothes there. There is also a high-end shopping mall right next to the Qibao Metro Station, the name is Vanke Mall, in case you wish to buy Western-brand goods and have Western-style meals. The hotel itself is also near a park, but we didn't get a chance to walk in that park. I checked it on a map, it looked huge. Maybe, next time we will. :-)

Booking is convenient, breakfast is rich, there is a fitness room, there is a small robot to deliver things, check-in is very comfortable, the waiter is very enthusiastic, the bedding is very clean, the waiter greets you when you meet him, there is no odor in the room, the air conditioning is very comfortable, the TV is large and new, there is a self-service laundry on the second floor, the room is also very good, there is porridge after 9:30 in the evening, it is also very convenient to issue invoices, and there are small gifts when you leave the store, which is good. I will stay at their house next time.

Variety of the breakfast is good and healthy. It is walking distance from the hotel to Hongqiao Train Station. However, I could not manage to find out the elevator to access the walking bridge to cross the road to enter into the railway stationfrom the opposite road, so, there was no choice other than to carry the heavy luggage via staircase.

The hotel I chose for this trip is really great! The hotel is in a unique location, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of time when we were catching a flight. As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the oversized window. The sunlight poured in unreservedly and the scenery outside the window was unobstructed. Speaking of the environment, the hotel lobby is elegantly decorated, and the guest rooms are warm and comfortable, giving people a feeling of home. Hygiene is exemplary, the sheets and quilts are as white as snow, the bathroom is spotless, and every detail reflects the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. But the most unforgettable thing for me is the hotel's service. From the warm greeting when we entered, to the quick check-in, to the attentive service that responded to our requests during our stay, we all felt full of sincerity. I enjoyed my stay here every day. When I travel in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice and I recommend it to everyone!

The room is very clean, I slept very well, very comfortable, good reviews, I have come to this store twice and the service quality has always been online. It is a very good choice whether it is for travel or business trip. If you have certain requirements for hotels, you can choose this one. Although it is a bit old, the luxury is still online. The girl at the front desk said that they have planned to upgrade and renovate it. I am looking forward to it!

The hotel is great. Very close to shanghai hongqiao railway station and the airport. Had to change a room because of a damp smell, but the second room was good. Breakfast is also great. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel/apartment. It was spacious and also very clean. Our cat also enjoyed the space 😁😁 we will definitely come back when we visit Shanghai again.
