It’s beautiful hotel with elegant interior. We have good and big room with wonderful beds and nice view, but bathroom was absolutely opened - without door - it wasn’t convenient for the family with different genders. The location is nice if you want visit Anfu and Wukang roads. The breakfast was in a good assortment and quite tasty. The negative moment was service- the hotel staff needs to work on it. The check-in time was supposed to be 15:00, but the staff told us it would be at 16.00 - it was unacceptable for us - we had plans and bookings at other places, so - until I started yelling, no one even tried to speed things up. In hotels with good service, the staff usually responds quickly and tries to solve the customer's problem before they become nervous. It’s a normal practice in high level hotels through all over the world. And i suggest Hilton considers itself a high-level hotel. So stuff should be more professional.

The rooms were clean and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel offers luxurious and comfortable guest rooms, each elegantly designed to seamlessly blend modern and traditional elements. The hotel's environment is excellent, and its location is incredibly convenient, with several shopping malls of various sizes nearby, perfect for dining and shopping. The staff provided warm and enthusiastic service. A special shout-out to Anna for arranging the room!

They upgraded us to a room with a view of the airplanes, which made the kids very happy. I caught a cold after coming back from the island, and even though the ladies' sauna was under renovation, the butler thoughtfully brought me some bath salts for a soak and allowed us to check out late so I could get more sleep. That was very considerate. The bathrobes were warm but not very absorbent. The bed was as comfortable as always! A big shout-out to the room designer! It's small but has everything you need. There's also a robot that delivers room service and takeout, though the phone ring it makes when it arrives is quite jarring – it startled me every time. Thanks again! Willow, Ken & Kevin! We'll definitely be back!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. Lucy at the front desk and Freddy at the lounge particularly left a lasting impression. Lucy, the front desk staff member, was incredibly efficient. She guided me through the check-in process with a constant smile, proactively informing me about the hotel's facilities and offering suggestions for local attractions. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room based on my needs. Her professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every detail. The hotel lounge was an even bigger surprise. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the selection of drinks and snacks was extensive and high-quality. Freddy was quick to replenish food and replace cutlery, all while being discreet and unobtrusive. Whether for a business meeting or just relaxing, the lounge provided a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. Overall, the service was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Because it was my birthday on the day of check-in, the hotel was very considerate and upgraded my room to have a large terrace. Although the view wasn't particularly good on the 8th floor, I was very grateful. The whole hotel is very new and the design is very modern, with large steps and a spiral staircase, which is very photogenic. The service is also very good. The front desk was very thoughtful and even prepared a birthday cake for me. It was super beautiful and delicious. It was really a great birthday! I think it was a wise choice to choose a Hilton staycation for our birthday. The bedding and bathrobes were very comfortable. It's worth a visit! By the way, the first batch of drinks in the minibar is free, and there is a wide variety of drinks. It's really great. It was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and there was a handwritten card and mooncake gift box in the room. It's really worth the money. The breakfast was also great. I will come again next time! Hahahaha🤣

The bathtub was exceptional and one of the best features of the suite. The view was outstanding—serene and tranquil. The photo shoot service was a great addition and definitely worth it. However, given the price, the room could have been much cleaner. I saved a poor spider that fell into the tub and released it under the sink; the thick layer of dust might hinder its survival. Additionally, not every foreign guest is russian. Identifying someone as such could be offensive to many. This hotel is part of an international chain located in the global city of Shanghai, attracting visitors from all over the world.

Excellent service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. We changed to a villa coz we have a dog with us. The room that we stayed though had a really strong smell that triggered sinuses, they gave us a machine but it did not help at all. We have to open the sliding door the whole time to minimize the smell and to have air circulation. Few cobwebs and some bugs in the room, a thorough cleaning will solve this issue. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city center and have a great relaxing time with the family. Awesome facilities! We enjoyed the outdoor pool so much and the green field for your fur baby to walk around. Very thoughtful service if you have a fur baby with you, they provide a bed, blanket and some toys, and accessible poop bags everywhere 🐶. A great place to stay and have a relaxing time with the family.
