This standard business hotel is an excellent choice for group or business travelers. It is located a 15-minute walk from the Haitiansan Road (海天三路) metro station near Pudong International Airport. The front desk staff are friendly, accommodative, and provide efficient service. The rooms are clean, and the free self-service laundry is a great convenience. I highly appreciated the free scheduled shuttle bus to and from Pudong Airport T1 and T2. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast is acceptable, offering a good mix of local and international selections.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Truly lives up to the IHG brand, offering all-around high quality. Every time I return to China, whether arriving or departing, I stay here. The airport shuttle service is incredibly efficient and professional, making it super convenient. The service is exceptional; every staff member is enthusiastic and highly professional. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the hotel's cleanliness is impeccable – from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms, even a germaphobe would have no complaints; it's spotless and refreshing. I particularly love the lobby's design – simple yet practical, making it so convenient for sending packages, taking a quick rest, or storing things. The hardware facilities are top-notch; the toilets, showers, and sanitary ware are of excellent quality and very well-designed. The entire hotel is smart-enabled. I've tried all the nearby takeaways, and not a single one was bad – simply amazing! Also, the front desk gentleman with glasses is handsome, has a great attitude, and is always helpful – truly embodies a professional manager. This hotel is easily among the best nationwide; book with confidence, highly recommended!

The hot dishes, pastries, and fruits were all fresh and delicious, and there was a diverse selection of beverages. The staff were enthusiastic and refilled items promptly. Snow's service was fantastic – incredibly warm and friendly! 👫 I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel during a week of accompanying my child, and the soundproofing is amazing; it absolutely didn't disturb my little one's sleep. The breakfast spread was huge and tasted great too. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends next time!

A very average hotel, but the price is affordable, which matches its positioning. There are many Southeast Asian tourists inside, like from Thailand, Indonesia, and Cambodia, probably all tour groups. Facilities: Very ordinary. The gym is practically non-existent. The toilet and shower are decent, basic Kohler models, so they're fine. The toothbrush is the hardest and crudest I've ever seen; I recommend bringing your own. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: The surrounding area is quite desolate, but there's a large Wanda mall about a ten-minute walk away. Service: The front desk staff are all good, especially the round-faced girl with glasses who checked me in; she was very friendly. The hotel breakfast is very basic, not much variety, and the taste isn't great. However, for this price, it's forgivable.

First of all, sorry for my poor English. 🥲 We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it’s good-located: near are subway station, shops and cafes. It also has a good view on city on higher floors. Staff helped me with alipay 💕 thanks for this a lot, I really appreciate it and understand that you did it just because you wanted to help and not because you must do it as a hotel workers. Also we loved breakfasts. It had a big variety and always were fresh and tasty. In my opinion it were several minor points that you can improve in your rooms, but it will raise convenience a lot: 1. Towel/clothes hooks. There were no place to hang towel near sink or shower, so towels always just lie around somewhere. In our second room they were in toilet (have no ideas why so) 2. Cleanliness of windows. They were messy in both rooms we stayed this October. Anyway, thanks for you service and hospitality! Next time in Shanghai we definitely go to your hotel again and hope to get the same good experience.

An excellent Express by Holiday Inn. Although the front desk area is tiny, every staff member, including Ms. Deng, Ms. Wang, Ms. Wang, and Ms. Ji, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire team's service felt on par with a five-star InterContinental. Ms. Jiang, who cleans on the third floor, was also very diligent and down-to-earth. This kind of service truly makes you feel at home.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded my room to one with a great view and a bit more space. The room was very comfortable. They were also very helpful and enthusiastic when I needed to print some documents. Breakfast is also worth praising, with a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls and popular attractions nearby. Transportation is also very convenient, whether by subway (within walking distance) or taxi. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is currently the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Shanghai. I like it even more after its renovation this year. Both the kids' play area and the self-service laundry room are incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and professional. The location is also excellent; not only is it close to the subway station, but there's also the iapm Plaza nearby, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My only minor complaint is that while the room price was similar to before, the room itself was significantly smaller this time around, feeling a bit cramped for a family of four.

She was incredibly efficient and thoughtful during check-in, proactively upgrading my room, sharing tips on local eateries, and even lending me an emergency charging cable. Her gentle and patient demeanor truly made a difference. All these little details from her service doubled my happiness during the trip!
