Is this considered a five-star hotel? First of all, the service attitude was cold and blunt. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, and the front desk clerk didn't even say the most basic hello. He didn't even raise his head when talking to customers, and he lacked the most basic professionalism. There is a Shanghai Xiao Nanguo restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel's annex building. I wonder if it is under the management of your hotel? The waiters there are also like this. They are still playing with their mobile phones when answering customers' questions. Aren't you trained to do so? How to receive customers? Secondly, the facilities. The room is quite large, and you can also see the garden and lake view of Huangxing Park. However, the cabinet next to the desk is full of scratches. The lamp on the bedside table and the lamp on the desk do not light up. The TV remote control The back cover is stuck with black tape, and the tape doesn't stick anymore. The TV wouldn't turn on at all and there were no instructions for use. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the only juice is orange juice. The only thing worthy of praise is the waiter at the lobby bar. The handsome young man Lu Kuan (looked at the name on the work badge) is serious and responsible in his work, patient and meticulous. I hope the leader will praise and reward him well, and I hope other colleagues can learn from him.

Sheraton Shanghai Binjiang Hotel: A luxurious and comfortable accommodation experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Shanghai Binjiang Hotel. This is an impressive five-star hotel. Whether it is its environment, breakfast or service, it brought me the ultimate enjoyment. The environment of the hotel is first class. Starting from the lobby, you can feel the perfect combination of luxury and modernity. The lobby is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, giving people a noble and elegant feeling. The design of the guest rooms is equally exquisite, with every detail showing a high level of quality. The bed is comfortable and soft, allowing you to have a good night's sleep; the bathroom is clean and tidy, equipped with high-end toiletries; the facilities in the room are all available, giving people a feeling of being at home. I was also impressed with the hotel's breakfast. The environment of the restaurant is comfortable and pleasant, and the variety of breakfast is rich and diverse. Whether it is Chinese, Western or local specialties, it can meet the needs of various tastes. The quality of the ingredients is also very high, fresh and delicious, which will greatly increase your appetite. Finally, I would like to make a special mention of the hotel's service. From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff provided me with excellent care. They were warm, friendly, professional and efficient, and I couldn't be more satisfied whether they were checking me in, providing travel advice or solving problems. They truly put their guests first and made my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. In short, the Sheraton Shanghai Binjiang Hotel is an excellent hotel, and it is an excellent choice whether you are traveling for business or leisure. I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it. I believe you will fall in love with this hotel as much as I do.

I'm very satisfied with the room I booked. I got an upgrade unexpectedly when I arrived at the hotel. It has a larger space and is hygienic. The most important thing is that it's quiet and I can sleep well at night. It’s a pity that I made a reservation for two days first, but when I renewed my reservation later, I had no room. It is recommended to book the entire trip to eliminate any subsequent worries.

Very few comments, too lazy to write, but this time I really want to praise it. I took my mother to the Red House for a physical examination, the principle of being close, and the result was a big surprise. The rooms are clean and tidy, the air conditioning is strong, and the shower water pressure is strong. Quiet and not noisy, soundproofing is great. I have a serious cervical spine, but the pillow turned out to be a cervical spine pillow with a flat depression in the middle, which is simply tailor-made, so cool. It's ten o'clock in one sleep. Wall crack recommended! ! !

Quick check-in, quick check-out. The young ladies at the front desk are very efficient, and the breakfast is clean and generous. There are many types, and you can eat for a long time. The rooms are particularly clean, tidy and comfortable, with full details, a safe, and a small refrigerator. After applying for a membership card, I will come here for business trips in the future! Thank you Miss Zhang Jun at the front desk for your careful handling. A week off is very comfortable! It is worthy of everyone's choice!
