The room was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the lady, was very helpful and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we had. Our high-floor room had great natural light and ventilation, offering expansive views. The location is super convenient, just about a 15-minute walk to Metro Line 1, and there are also buses right outside, making getting around very easy. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

I stayed for three nights and felt right at home. The room was cleaned daily, and the service was excellent. What really stood out was that after I checked out, I realized I'd left some clothes behind, and the hotel staff promptly contacted me and mailed them back. They even gave me a lovely hand cream when I checked out. A big thank you to all the hotel staff!

I booked this hotel for a conference. The breakfast selection was decent and suited most palates. The room was quite spacious. I was also very satisfied with the cleanliness and service. Recommended. It's not far from the subway.

The environment is decent. It would be even better if the cleanliness could be improved a bit.

Ever since returning from the hotel, I've been experiencing severe itching. I suspect it's either due to the poor quality of the hotel's toiletries or unsanitary conditions with the toilet, bed sheets, and duvet covers.
