Very nice hotel about 1.2 km from nearest airport and metro and railway station. Good for NECC visitors. Breakfast is having good varieties. Keep calm place, staffs are courteous too. A good hotel at affordable price by Accor

Large room, comfy bed, good location for attending the event at NECC only 7-10 mins by car. Lily (front office staff) is very helpful and friendly. Ps. Complimentary drink at the lobby is very refreshing!

A charming hotel situated near Shanghai Hongqiao Railway and International Airport. Clean and spacious room and near restos and coffee shops. Breakfast buffet has many choices.

The place has an Serene environment with lush greenery away from the bustle and hassle of cities yet is near the Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. it is not only the location and environment that attract me but also the staff service. As an old couple, I am not mobile phone savvy with apps, so I requested a staff Lily to help me with online vegetarian food order and she agreed to my request. She even lent me a mobile phone chargor so that I could continue to take video of an ancient residence recommended by staff.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout my stay, every moment was delightful. The room was beautifully appointed, and the amenities were great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway by the sea. Can't wait to return!"

We arrived after midnight as our flight had been delayed. The taxi took about twenty minutes, it was a little hard to find tucked away behind some empty buildings. A nearby security guard helped the taxi driver find the entrance. When we arrived staff were available at reception and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a local phone number to connect to WiFi but reception staff helped us connect. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was included in the price and it was ok, not much on the western food front just toast, some pastries, cold meats, which didn’t look fresh, fruit and yogurt. Plenty of local breakfast items. Overall good value for money.

31sqm deluxe .. bathroom was spacious and clean. Room was spacious and well designed , only disappointment was a mouldy wall next to one of the twin beds (Room #213)

Reception are able to speak English and very kind.They give free wdeinking water and welcome drinks as wine.Amenities are well provided.Easily to order food and deliver by a robot.

This hotel is little bit far from the subway station and downtown tourist attraction , the hotel front door is dark, the road to the hotel is dark. We don’t like it.
