Four Seasons Fenglin Smart Hotel Shanghai (Shanghai Fudan University Subway Station)

Upon arrival, the front desk immediately looked up and greeted me, unlike some places where they're busy with their own stuff and seem cold. I just gave my phone number and they pulled up my order. The deposit was handled by facial recognition, no cash needed, and signing the confirmation took only a minute or two. Before I left, they even reminded me about the luggage storage. The whole process was smooth and efficient. This kind of prompt service is definitely worth mentioning. It really made me smile!

The environment here is quite good. I was able to check out late, at 2:00 PM, which was great for sleeping in. They even have robots that deliver anything you need to your room, which is super convenient. The room itself is spacious, and the hotel is right next to a subway station.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped and decently decorated, with a good level of smart technology. The breakfast is quite generous and offers good value. The service attitude is excellent!👍

The late check-out was a plus. However, the soundproofing was non-existent. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the washer-dryer combo was broken.

The room was right next to the highway. Even though the soundproofing on the windows was good, I could still hear cars whizzing by. The room itself was small and the amenities were very basic; there wasn't even bottled water or a cup for brushing teeth. The cleanliness was acceptable, though.
