This is my second time staying in Atour Hotel Shanghai West Yingao Road. The overall environment is good and the staff are friendly. This is the reason why I choose to come back to this hotel.

Excellent room and board service along with stellar breakfast. Room was spotless and housekeeping was professional and courteous. Excellent value for the price point, would highly recommend for future trips. Local bus stop was also nearby for transportation; ease of transport is a must for Shanghai. Stellar hotel with a medium sized gym and excellent hotel staff.

Clean, friendly front desk,new facilities,quality Chinese breakfast, but western part is so so. High volume shower head, but there is a trick for drainage, you need ask for pull out the plugs or it’ll flood over. Front desk try to teach customer to pull out, which is not trained properly. Otherwise everything is fine.

I must also mention that the front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I love the hotel’s "late-night porridge" service! When I get off work and arrive at the hotel, the stomach-warming health porridge is open on time. Who understands this wave of late-night healing~ The cleanliness of the guest rooms is impeccable, cleaned twice a day, and all guest supplies are big-name configurations. Even the laundry service is considerately marked with different fabric care tips, and detail control is ecstatic! The breakfast is simply divine! The Chinese and Western dining tables are full of delicious food, and the freshly cooked wontons and freshly baked bread are so delicious that you can't walk. You can also go to the Bamboo House Tea House to drink tea and read in the afternoon. The Zen atmosphere is amazing! When you leave, the front desk will take the initiative to provide an invoice, and even help you to print out the parking ticket in advance. The room you book also includes free pick-up and drop-off service. This cost-effectiveness is really rare in hotels! Both hardware facilities and services are online, and every link from check-in to check-out is super worry-free. I have recommended it to all my friends and will stay here next time.
