stayed again after storage luggage and it was amazing as always. my delivery food got
lost and the staff ran to the hotel next door to check and brought it back for me. same with my taobao package, incredibly helpful staff. also got a free room upgrade and had staff helping to move our luggage throughout the hotel and into the taxi. amazing stay!

Free airport transfer to Hong Qiao airport. Room is big and clean. Very suitable for last night stay in Shanghai before back to own country.

I had a very comfortable stay after arriving at 1:00am. The staff spoke English and went out of their way to help me book a taxi and search for information I needed. The room and bathroom were very well appointed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. There is also a very nice outdoor seating area with comfortable furniture and large awnings over the area. I would definitely stay here again for a layover.

The room were closed up and having good reception.I always book this hotel for sightseeing and business trips.The location is nearby 虹橋airport,it takes around 10min depending on traffic jam.
There is a big park the along the rive .That place is good for running.

Nice modern hotel. Can be a bit difficult for non Chinese speakers as staff don’t speak English. Also limited breakfast choices.

I reserved a room for my wife while she was on a solo trip to Shanghai. And she gave the feedback about the hotel as follows:
1. The room was cosy, very clean, quiet and exceptionally comfortable.
2. The hotel's front desk services were professional, friendly and even gave several recommendations and advice to her during her stay. They went the extra mile of upgrading her room after knowing the amount reserved through Trip.com. This is really professional for treating the hotel guests with high esteem and respect.
3. The hotel staff were all remarkable people. There was a commendable front desk staff whom has been of great help throughout her stay, giving much attention and care. This hotel staff is none other than Xiao Sun, 小孙。
4. The morning breakfast has a wide spread, mainly asian and western cuisine. The food selection were all different throughout her 5 days of stay here. That really creates the appetite. The wide variety of foods were super and delicious. Compliments to the Cooks and the Chefs.
5. Staying in this hotel has been overall pleasant, relaxing and care free. FM Blelsure Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport National Convention and Exhibition Center) is highly recommended to everyone.
