We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the location is absolutely fantastic — very convenient for exploring the city. There are just two areas that I think could be improved. First, when me & my daughter came to the hotel with 3 bif lugguages, the bell staff did not assist with carrying our luggage, which was a little disappointing Second, I found the bathroom quite stuffy as there was no proper ventilation or exhaust fan. Improving the ventilation would make the room much more comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent. Cici at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, and even upgraded me to their best room. My stay was very enjoyable.

The room itself was pretty good, but a major drawback is that it never gets any sunlight! The view from the window was just a narrow platform between buildings. However, the breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent. For Shanghai, this hotel offers great value for money!

I think the location is excellent. You can take the metro directly from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. Downstairs is a pedestrian street, right outside the door. It's also very convenient to get to the Bund, just a 200-meter walk. The location truly can't be beaten. If convenience is your priority, I highly recommend this place.
