This stay was a particularly bad experience. This hotel was great. I loved the sizes of the rooms and the bathrooms. My only issue is, there is no control of indoor smoking. Other guests will be smoking indoors with the fumes seeping all the way throughout the corridors. Are smoke alarms that difficult to install? What’s the point of getting a non-smoking room if people in other rooms are just smoking throughout the entire time? That’s definitely something that needs to change because if it’s a five star hotel, this is supposed to be a standard.

The room was clean and tidy, offering great value for money. The front desk staff, especially the young lady born in '04 who is the front desk manager, was incredibly kind, warm, generous, and provided excellent service. I had a wonderful experience.
