The hotel is large, but nice and clean. The decoration is in a pompous European style of the sort of Loui the 14th, to my taste a bit overloaded, however, the breakfast does not offer European style. It would be nice to have at least some European style breakfast choices … and please organize pepper and salt. But in general a nice hotel!

Simple and clean hotel which is the nearest to my destination. The room is very spacious and tidy. It has a moldy smell though, which gets better if you leave the window open. Service from the front desk is friendly and efficient. If you are a foreign traveller, the staff can help to get local taxi service if you need. Both check in and check out are quick and easy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Charming hotel, clean, friendly staff. Also, the benefits for Diamant members are great, with free breakfast and late check-out. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice overall, breakfast is normal Chinese, with some options of Western food. The fragrance smell in hotel is a bit too masculine and intense, so I don’t really like it.

The characteristic of Vienna International Hotel is the luxurious lobby with European style. We chose it specially beside Dishui Lake to see the development and construction of Pudong. Some buildings are quite tasteful. The room facilities are OK, but a little old. The light-colored carpet seems to be washed out, which is not very visual.
