Good breakfast, not so much variety but okay. Room is clean. No conditioner for hair. Good for expo visit to NECC between the railway station and the expo center

If planning tor NECC, hood location. The rooms are clean. I wish they can increase variety on breakfast. I stayed here 4 times in last one year. Other than BF, good stay !!

I love this hotel, it is located near the Hongqiao railway station and Hongqiao Airport.the room is clean, the breakfast is delicious.the staff is friendly.

I only stayed a couple of nights at the end of a trip to China. The staff were helpful. The food was very good. There does seem to be a lift but we were on the first floor and had to take our bags up the stairs

It has free self service laundry.

When I first stepped into the hotel, the high-ceilinged lobby and soft music instantly relieved my travel fatigue. The front desk quickly checked me in, and the smart control system in the room was eye-catching. It is close to the high-speed rail station and the overall experience was far beyond my expectations. I will come again next time.

It is close to the exhibition center and can be reached on foot. But the location of this room is too bad, right next to the elevator. This location is not suitable for guest rooms at all. I don't know how it was designed. The elevator goes up and down very loudly, which seriously affects rest. I didn't know when I booked the room, and there was no relevant reminder. The front desk just said that the room was next to the elevator when I checked in, and asked: Is it very noisy? Answer: I can't guarantee that it won't be noisy. No earplugs were provided, and I couldn't change the room. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.
