Jing'an TRUE GO Hotel (Shanghai Jing'an District/West Nanjing Road)

My stay here was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk proactively upgraded me to a room with an outside window for free, and the view was fantastic. What really made me want to stay forever were the two cats at the hotel – a black cat named 'Liuliu' and a Burmese cat named 'Guoguo,' they were absolutely adorable and so therapeutic! The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete; though small, it had everything you could need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The room's amenities are brand new and spotless, with soft furnishings that create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bedding is plush and aids a good night's sleep, and the bathroom is clean and spacious. All essential living facilities are fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, making for a truly peaceful and pleasant stay. The hardware exceeded all my expectations.

Overall, the hardware setup is thoughtful and practical, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The location is fantastic, right in the prime area near Jing'an Temple and very easy to find. It's small but has everything you need, and the soundproofing is also good. Great value for money. The price increase around the May Day holiday was very reasonable. Perfect for a business trip if you need to stay nearby, I stayed two nights.

The service was excellent; they tried their best to accommodate guest requests. My initial room was a bit noisy, and since I'm a light sleeper, I asked to switch rooms, which they did immediately. Having staff bring takeout right to my room was also very convenient. The location is great too; it's amazing to find a hotel with a courtyard in such a bustling area like Jing'an District! The coffee shop across the street is fantastic, and I grabbed a cup every day when I left.

Great location, very convenient for transport. It's quiet around, a peaceful spot in a busy area. Highly recommend!
