Orange Hotel (Shanghai Chuansha Metro Station ) Reviews

This hotel is close to Disneyland and the Florentia Village (Shopping), about a 20-minute taxi ride, which is very convenient. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, and you can ask them for help with taxi or food delivery-related questions. Additionally, the hotel has its own parking spaces, so when using ride-hailing services, getting in and out of the car is very easy without worrying about blocking traffic behind you.

This nice hotel was perfect for what we needed. The room was very comfortable and a good size for two people. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and great services. We were able to get picked up from the airport and dropped off when we needed to return. They also had a Disney shuttle which we needed. It was great! Breakfast was very yummy and there was a nice variety of options. The only little downside of the hotel was tue location to other sites in Shanghai. It’s a bit far to other tourist areas in the city. Other than that I am very pleased with this hotel! Highly recommend if you just want to go to Disney.

Great hotel, it was clean and service was good. Stayed for two nights and both nights they prepared supper (congee) and ginger tea at lobby for their customers. Also they provide free pick-up/drop-off service to and fro pudong airport, disney and the nearest metro station(chuan sha). This really save alot of hassle. Highly recommended for those planning to go Disney.

Spacious room and have charger ports at each side of the bed. Room very clean and no smoking smell. The staff are very friendly and they even prepared free food at the night after we came back from Disneyland. Most importantly, we enjoyed the free shuttle service from airport to hotel and from hotel to Disneyland.

I took my kids to Disneyland and chose Orange Hotel Chuansha because 1. The pick-up time at Pudong Airport is almost the latest, at 23:30 in the evening. 2. It is close to Metro Line 2, which is convenient for us to go to Nanjing Road Bund later, and there is also a subway shuttle. I didn't order breakfast at first, thinking about eating around the hotel. The front desk lady strongly recommended breakfast, and there were discounts and Disney hairbands, so I ordered the hotel breakfast. It turned out to be very convenient to eat in the hotel. The restaurant is right after getting off the elevator. There are freshly cooked wonton noodles, tofu pudding, porridge, fried rice, fried noodles, various breads and fruits, as well as juice, milk, coffee and tea. In the evening, there is ginger soup goodnight porridge and a foot bath bucket when I return to the hotel. The service is really considerate. The hotel's toiletries are all orange-flavored, and there are delicious orange marshmallows and orange cookies. I will come again next time I go to Disneyland.

Every time I go out to stay in a hotel, I like to choose Orange 🥰 This time I booked this hotel for personal needs. It is very good, the room is clean, the TV can be projected, the breakfast is self-service, and the takeaway can be delivered to the floor by a robot. The room is very clean, the cleaning lady is very nice and the service is very good. I had a lot of fun bringing my children to Disneyland and the stay was very comfortable. The children liked this room very much! There is a Chuansha Ancient Town next to the hotel, which is very close and easy to visit. It has the flavor of old Shanghai! The experience is very good~

The carefully selected hotel was not disappointing! We contacted the airport pick-up one day in advance, and felt warm and at ease as soon as we got off the plane. Because we had many children, the driver was waiting in the parking lot! We arrived at the hotel smoothly. The hotel was renovated at the end of 2023. It has automatic curtains, a small refrigerator, and robot food delivery. It is very new and the environment is very good. The breakfast is very rich! I ate until I was full the next morning, hahahaha😆 It is especially cost-effective to come to Disney in November. The hotel also arranges Disney shuttle pick-up, so you can have fun without worries! Definitely recommend the deluxe family room for families with children!
