Extremely friendly staff and professional front desk. Communication is very easy which made my stay smooth and pleasant. View from the apartment is outstanding. I definitely choose it for my next stay in Shanghai.

The location is the suburban area of Shanghai with many food options and 2 supermarkets a stone throw away. Next to the popular Jin Qiang Beef Noodles which opens 24 hrs. Great if you prefer less touristy and more authentic neighbourhood. We took Didi everywhere and it's convenient in that sense. Room wise it was big and comfy and with thoughtful facilities. You can switch on the heater in the bathroom which is very helpful during colder months. Aircon works fine and small window could bw opened. Our room didn't come with a washing machine but there are self serviced ones on lvl 8.
Hotel staff are very helpful and responsive. You can get a number from them to order Mei Tuan, and you probably have to register for Mei Tuan at the reception as a verification code will be sent to that number they gave you which u need to input on your phone.
Walk around the neighbourhood and you discover authentic eats around the area.

There are a lot of food places, especially near the hotel: a coffee shop, minimart, 24-hour beef noodle place, and two supermarkets I could see. The hotel is foreigner-friendly, and the staff are friendly. The room is a good size and had free English movies to watch. There was no smoke smell in the lobby or room, which is a plus here in Shanghai. In the room, there was a kitchenette, a medium-sized refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a laundry machine with laundry detergent. My only complaint is the smell from the laundry machine. While drying my clothes, there was a foul, old water smell from the machine. I was worried my clothes would smell, but they did not. Hubby thinks it might be coming from the vent from old water deposits, and that may be common for a washer and dryer in one unit.

Loved this hotel—delicious breakfast with great variety and super convenient robot delivery. Clean room and friendly staff too. Highly recommend!

Bitten by bed bugs resulting with few red rashes on my left leg the second day, informed front desk and they promptly clean the bed with uv ray equipment, all good after that. A cosy stay, decent breakfast spread, free laundry and well equipped gym. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is slightly far from attractions, but accessible through metro, the hotel is a 5-10 mins walk from nearby Wuning road metro station.

位置方便 衞生乾淨 房間設施對於出差來説足夠了 旅遊帶小孩也應該很不錯早餐品類豐富
這次旅行看了很久的酒店 看到差評也很猶豫
但是還是相信品牌的管理 沒有失望
樓下有很多吃東西的地方 還有超市

The hotel apartment is well situated near 2 metro station with the nearest one Wuning station at 600 metres away. There are many eateries and convenience store nearby. Some eateries are 24-hour. The room is very clean and featured with microwave oven, fridge and washing machine ! Recommended for any visitors to Shanghai.
