This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating for my trip to Shanghai with friends! The room decor was beautiful, with an overall cozy style. The layout was spacious and bright, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere, making our stay both secure and comfortable. The location is absolutely the biggest highlight! It's super close to The Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and Jing'an Temple. You can walk or take one or two subway stops to get there directly, saving a lot of time on commuting. It was incredibly convenient for visiting attractions during the day and enjoying the night views in the evening. Downstairs, there's a shopping plaza and a bustling commercial area with all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, making it effortless to grab meals and go shopping. You can step right out and immerse yourself in the city's vibrant atmosphere. The most heartwarming aspect was the front desk service. The staff were enthusiastic and patient, making check-in efficient and quick. They even proactively offered free tips on attractions and the best travel routes, which made the value for money excellent. Plus, the hotel has a washing machine available, so frequent business travelers should definitely consider it. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room overall was pretty good, with a compact layout. There wasn't a desk in the room, just a small round table, which was mostly sufficient. The bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it offered good value for money.

I booked this hotel after seeing all the great reviews, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful during check-in, check-out, and when storing my luggage. The location is also excellent; there are plenty of food options right outside the hotel. My only minor complaint is that the cleaning lady seemed a bit arrogant and looked down on people.
