Rais Apartment Hotel (Shanghai Bund Store)

This stay was a fantastic surprise! The lucky cat in the lobby was adorable and festive, putting me in a good mood from the moment I walked in. The room had a stylish, dark aesthetic and was spotlessly clean and tidy. The large bed was soft and comfortable, the window offered good natural light, and the desk and chairs were a nice addition. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

Traveling with my child, we got a free room upgrade. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped my child with their hair in the morning. It's also quite close to The Bund.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Bund from here. The apartment manager was very kind and helpful. Taxis to nearby attractions were convenient, and I had a pleasant stay.

It's just about a ten-minute walk to Nanjing East Road metro station, and very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and The Bund, so you have easy access to all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment. The room was generally clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was simple and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

Since we were on a road trip and quite tired from all the driving, we had trouble finding a hotel that would allow early check-in. But when we arrived at Rais Hotel at 6 AM, they seamlessly accommodated our early check-in. It was such a relief not to have to wait, truly a thoughtful gesture. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and thorough. Our room was clean and comfortable, finally allowing us to get some much-needed rest. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall stay was excellent. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

I requested a room with a window, so they upgraded me to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge and very spacious. The front desk service was incredibly attentive. I made a mistake with the concert hall booking and wanted to cancel and switch hotels, but I was past the deadline. The front desk was so apologetic for the inconvenience, even though it was entirely my own fault. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The hotel is very clean and smells great. The location is super convenient, really close to Nanjing Road. Plus, there's a washer-dryer combo right in the room, so you can do laundry there.
