Excellent service and convenient location in the city center. It's 5 minutes to the subway. The responsive staff was always in touch and answered all questions.Xiaomai and Xiao Dan helped us, gave us an adapter for a European outlet)) the room is cleaned every day! If we come to Shanghai again, we will definitely come back to this hotel!

Had the pleasure of staying here👍 great choice for us. Nearby shopping malls and plenty of local stores for food and supplies. Clean and modern hotel, great rooms and bed was very comfortable. Room was new & spacious, cleaned and maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again when visiting next.

The position is not so convenient, quite far from the metro station.
The hotel has major plumbing problems. We arrived one day and the lobby was flooded and smelled very bad.
We were also stucked into the elevator the first morning…
The power sockets were not compatible with European ones, very strange in China because we read that everywhere there were the same as ours.
Pay attention that the front Office can’t provide the power adapter.
We booked a room with city view and they gave us a room with no window.
In addiction, in the room there wasn’t the toilet door. I was with a friend of mine and so we weren’t able to have some privacy…
And last but not least, the front Office didn’t speak english at all.

The facilities are complete and the stay is quite comfortable. The room is just the right size and the soundproofing is pretty good. The front desk lady Yanyan is very nice and enthusiastic and even upgraded the room for free.
