Orange Crystal Shanghai International Tourism Resort Pudong Airport Hotel

My family had a layover at Pudong Airport, so I booked them into the Orange Crystal Hotel, and they were absolutely delighted! The staff was incredibly helpful: they called ahead to ask if we needed airport transfer services. My family enjoyed a late-night snack at the hotel, and the breakfast was also fantastic. Overall, their stay was excellent! We'll definitely be staying here again for our next layover! 😄

I had a great stay at Orange Crystal Hotel this time. The front desk service manager was incredibly helpful. I accidentally booked a windowless room online, but the manager proactively upgraded me. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the TV was big and new. I loved the automatic curtains and the bidet toilet. The shower had great hot water, strong pressure, and was very consistent. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which you can book in advance. It's really convenient for getting to the airport.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful; they even assisted me with sending a package. There's a shuttle bus service from Pudong Airport if you land late at night – just contact the hotel in advance. The room was very new and well-equipped, and the bed was quite comfortable.

This business trip involved three people, including two foreign clients. Since it was close to the airport and I'd had good experiences with Huazhu Group hotels in the past, I chose Orange Crystal for the first time. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with a Huazhu hotel. We booked three rooms in total. When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk not to arrange connecting rooms next to each other. The front desk staff readily agreed, saying they would only arrange rooms on the same floor. But when we got our key cards and went to our rooms, all three rooms were connecting rooms right next to each other! At the time, the doors to the entire row of rooms were open, and they were all empty. With so many empty rooms, why did the front desk completely ignore my request? What was even more laughable was the service training. The intern who took us to the elevator enthusiastically told us about the laundry room and gym. We asked if we could take a quick look at the laundry room before going to our rooms, and she actually led us back to the front desk and had to ask other staff for directions. It's understandable that a new intern might not be familiar with everything on their first day, but allowing staff to start work without proper training is a serious dereliction of duty on the part of the hotel management. But the most unacceptable part was the hygiene details. Although the toilet paper in the room was folded into a service-triangle shape, it was clearly torn haphazardly by the previous guest, leaving an irregular, fuzzy edge. The housekeeper had just folded it right over that mess. It was truly disgusting. Even if they had just torn it neatly along the perforations before folding, it wouldn't have been so perfunctory. This detail directly reveals the extreme carelessness of the housekeeping staff. For a room rate of over 500 yuan per night, this level of management and service quality is completely undeserving. Extremely disappointing!

The front desk upgraded my room for free when I checked in, and the room was very spacious. I'm a very light sleeper, but there was absolutely no noise from the air conditioning. The room also had coffee, tea bags, and drinks, and the bathroom was very clean. It was a great experience.

Stayed for a night to drop a client off at Pudong Airport. Everything was pretty good, and the desk was very comfortable for working.

My stay experience was excellent, and it offers great value for money. The water in the bathroom was perfect for showering. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
