帶孩子過來滑雪，訂了這家酒店，入住前酒店管家就電話詢問入住要求，得知我們生日，就提前佈置好温馨的房間，並準備了蛋糕。酒店很適合來滑雪的朋友，我們訂的是帶滑雪的套餐，滑雪出行還可以用行政廊休息。酒店的設施很新，智能馬桶，戴森吹風機，酒店服務不錯，能滿足客人的需求。下車有人開門拿行李。早餐選擇蠻多的。挺滿意的一次入住體驗。

1、服務很好。江浙滬去過很多度假酒店，硬件不錯，但服務基本跟不上，洲至奢選在服務方面確實做得挺好，從禮賓、入住、滑雪、外賣等細節都能感受出來
2、價格划算。套餐包含了雪票、早餐等等，還免費升級了房型
3、酒店設施挺不錯，面積寬敞，房間內的壁櫥看着很温馨，房間的設計風格讓人感覺是到了新疆滑雪，窗外視野也很不錯。酒店的雪具大廳，體驗比公共雪具大廳體驗好很多
4、早餐非常豐富，品質也好。雖然人不多，但有各種各樣的早餐，每天都會更換不同的品種。現在越來越少的酒店提供新鮮果汁，水果品種也很少，但耀雪酒店還能給到非常豐富的果汁和水果選擇
5、滑雪體驗，工作日人不多，感覺還不錯。但雪場的細節設計、工作人員的態度可以改進
6、外賣選擇非常豐富，樓下遛娃也非常方便
很久沒有好評過酒店了，各方面都滿意。硬要説缺點，硬件設施沒有蘇州四季好，但上海能以這樣的價格入住，性價比真的很高了（個人喜好，槓就是你對～）

週末帶小孩來滑雪⛷，週末人實在太多了，房間都沒法直接辦理入住。直接去16樓領衣服換裝備，錄臉入的場。對於中級以上的玩家比較友好，雪道很近。對於初學者就建議直接從大門入了。畢竟拿着雪板到處找雪道，是很累的一件事情。大人都吃不消，何況小孩。找到雪道滑起來還是很棒的。但是後來人越來越多，就感受不太好了。

兩次住滑 第一次丟了身份證和耳機 有點難受 但為了滑雪 滑雪禮賓部當時人太多很混亂
第二次人少好多了 gsm提前聯繫 協調了需求
行政酒廊沒有熱飲或薑茶 這裏都是滑雪的 還是要配一些
一開始房間有煙味 協調後換了房間 服務態度很好 早餐種類也多了

説句實話，來住過一次體驗一把後。長白山不香了。滑雪便捷，雪道也很豐富，酒店很乾凈，比一般的滑雪酒店（比如亞布力）要乾淨多了。酒店的早餐也好。停車也便捷。最想不到的是西藏5000的水是免費隨便喝的

這次定了滑雪樓層房，酒店16樓直接進入滑雪場，滑雪體驗非常好。房間也有浴缸，酒店游泳池，滑完雪還可以泡一泡。
圖4,5是滑雪樓層的行政走廊，有簡單的飲料和小餅乾，滑累了，可以來休息一下，有機會下次再來

帶小朋友去玩雪 在滴水湖附近看了一圈 選擇了洲至 很早到了 前台也很好的給了房間 讓我們可以放東西換衣服 洲至到耀雪非常方便 小朋友玩得很開心 服務也非常好 看我們東西多都會主動上來幫我們提行李 非常感謝他們。
但是房間景觀是沒有的 也沒有辦法 是為了玩雪方便去的 週六晚上去看煙花也很方便 晚上點了宵夜 客房也很貼心的幫我送上來了
以後再去的話還是會選擇這家酒店的
