Shanghai Xiangyun Resort Hotel

Great hotel to stay if you plan to visit Disney. Shuttles To/fro provided to Disney/ airport. Restaurant do provide dinner (payable) which will run thru 10pm. Nearby there is a camping area where hotel guest can visit FoC. Kids will have fun in this place as there few in-house pets to play with and a mini play place near the lobby

Hotel is perfect for families with children. They provide shuttles to Disneyland and airport. Breakfast is also prepared well with a good spread. Rooms are large and staff are very friendly. The kids love playing with the animals in the resort. Beautiful scenery around the resort too!

They have good location and provide shuttle back to to Disney Resort. Allow us to check in early and provide free laundry service. Cute dog and cat welcome us. We have a great time at Xiang Yun.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Appreciate the amenities and service provided. The room is comfy and clean. Shuttle bus to Disneyland is available in the morning and evening, coordination done via Wechat. There is a canteen inside, good spread of breakfast in the morning; in the evening, you can order home cooked food. There are playground, pets (cat and rabbit), and small pool. The staffs are helpful and accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Firstly, their rooms have all kinds of odd combinations so we managed to find rooms to fit each of our huge family. We arrived at 4am and they were ready to check us in (we messaged them beforehand and booked for the day before) and helped us with the luggage. They also accepted our online deliveries and kept them on a rack where we can collect them once we are here. The resident pug, Qiuqiu is quiet and mild so even though the kids are scared of animals, they can tolerate Qiuqiu. They have free shuttle service to Disneyland. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is reasonable. The buffet breakfast has limited variety but is good enough for the price. We have dinner at their restaurant both nights since we were too tired to go out at night. The food was good and the price reasonable. They also have laundry service and laundry room with detergent provided. The staffs are nice and friendly. They helped us book 6-seater cars to get to the train station for cheaper price at the last minute when we saw that the price for Didi was more expensive. Overall we have a pleasant experience here, especially since we have kids and grandparents with us. Highly recommended for families.

Outstanding service! Recommended to arrange your itinerary : 1. Stay here for 2N right away after arrive at Shanghai, they give free airport pick up! 2. On the nexy day you have a Disneyland transfer and pick up after your tiring day. 3. Friendly staffs, no lift but they help you with your luggage, order online food, etc
