1、房間門保險鎖鎖不上，被告知門關上外面開不了所有沒關係，以及“所有房間（那個鎖）都鎖不上”；2、e人朋友出面溝通換了一間房，正常鎖，但空調遙控器沒電的，且毛巾未洗乾淨就封包。説明酒店管理很差，且服務人員既沒有服務意識也沒有安全意識，300+房費住出100+旅行社的感覺。以後錦江都可以排除在我的住宿酒店清單了。

環境老舊 被子泛黃就是那種洗過了洗不乾淨的樣子 最要命的就是點個外賣還要自己下樓拿 都什麼時候了連個送餐機器人都沒有 哎！！！

這被子枕頭都盤出包漿了 該換換了 衞生也就這麼回事 雖然是錦江之星 但是跟一般的小旅館差別也不大 梳子都沒給 洗手液沒有 香皂沒有

酒店挺滿意的，周圍吃飯和購物都非常的方便，出門就是核酸檢測點。每次出差過來都會過來住。不過房間需要重新升級裝修下了
