Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an IMIX Park

The environment is great and it's very convenient to get around. It's about 600 meters from the subway station, and right outside the station is Darongcheng shopping mall.

Booked the largest 2-meter bed (Jimi King) for my child's exam, but it still felt quite small. Parking was inconvenient; I had to move my car twice, once when checking in at night and again before checking out at 11 AM. Even though I have many Atour vouchers, I couldn't use them because I booked through Ctrip. The hotel itself is quite new. The service could be improved. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Fantastic hotel experience! The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was clean and fresh, with no strange odors, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for money! They even gave us a little gift when we checked out ~

The hotel's location is superb, right across from Grandbuy Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 7, ensuring easy access to transportation. The new Chinese-style decor is simple yet cozy, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry and wet separation. The smart room control and mini-fridge are very practical. The service was warm and attentive throughout; the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, offering tea upon check-in and having a robot deliver meals, which was a lovely touch. The free laundry room and gym are also excellent amenities. Breakfast is rich and varied, served until 11 AM on weekends, and there's even complimentary porridge as a late-night snack. This hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for both business and leisure travelers! As I was leaving, they even gave me a complimentary souvenir.

I was out celebrating New Year's Eve with friends the night before, and since I had to catch a train the next day, I booked a room at Atour. It was my first time staying there, and it was a fantastic experience! They even gave a toy to my child when we checked in. The room was spacious and very clean, and they were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The breakfast was surprisingly good too – from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and extended to 11:30 AM on holidays, which is really thoughtful!

The room was spotless and spacious, and the bathroom was huge. I loved that the TV had screen mirroring. Breakfast was different every day, and they even offered a late-night snack. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍
