Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were patient and thorough. The room had great natural light, and all the toiletries were well-stocked, which was a thoughtful touch. I didn't have to wait in line for the B1 laundry room – both washes and dries were available. The gym only had treadmills. As for transportation, if you're arriving, I'd suggest walking to Hongqiao Tiandi before getting a taxi, otherwise, the driver might get a bit frustrated. However, if you're leaving early the next day, it's extremely convenient. Overall, a good experience.
