Excellent service, even aided in my need of moving my luggage in and out of the elevator. Heartwarming farewell gift was provided as well. Overall, great experience, would recommend.

I really liked this place due to the position in the city. It’s really close by to all the good places in Shanghai either you get there with a taxi or you’ll just rent a bike with Alipay or WeChat. The service is really nice, they are open 24/7 but most of the staff don’t speak englisch well so you’ll have too use an translator. All in all I would give this place a 8.9/10

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. There are many famous eateries around the hotel. The hotel is rather clean and it is just nice for two people. The service staff are good and I am happy with my stay here

Hotel is clean and spacious. Front desk is very helpful I could give 5star service rate and requested to extend check out time to 3pm without any extra charges.

An amazing hotel. Clean, modern and at a convenient location. It’s even better than the Marriott I stayed at Shanghai. I love their toothbrush, pillow and tea biscuits too. I highly recommend this to any overseas traveller wanting to experience a local Chinese chain hotel in China. I’ll definitely stay again in an Atour chain hotel if I visit China again!

The metro station is not really nearby, about 7 to 8 minutes walk. The walkway is also nit that smooth, not easy to carry luggage to the metro station. There are lot of restaurants nearby the hotel anyway, and the famous 3warehouse restaurant is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is new but not well kept, you can see the room has high wear and tear. Overall is still ok.

The hotel seems recently renovated — everything was clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the metro and very well located. The staff provided good service throughout our stay.
