Shanghai Garden Rezen Hotel

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Choosing it was hands down one of the best decisions we made, and it truly lived up to all the glowing reviews. The service is top-notch, and every amenity feels thoughtfully designed to make life easier for guests. There's even a complimentary indoor playground right in the lobby area that children can enjoy daily, which was a huge hit with my kids. My absolute favourite feature has to be the laundry room. As a family of five, having complimentary laundry facilities was a lifesaver. We managed to clear all our laundry before heading home, leaving us with only unpacking to deal with. They even provide steamers and irons for guests to use. Pro tip: the best time to do laundry is in the morning when most guests are busy with breakfast or rushing off to Disneyland. The service centre was incredibly useful as well. Booking Disneyland shuttle buses and airport transfers was straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel also offers stroller rentals, and honestly, they're much more comfortable and spacious than the ones available at Disneyland. Considering how far the walk is from the bus drop-off point to the park entrance for little legs, having a stroller from the moment you leave the hotel saves so much time and energy. As a breastfeeding mum who still pumps, I was especially grateful for how accommodating the staff were. While the room fridge is quite small, the front desk was always happy to help store my frozen breast milk. I kept everything packed neatly in a cooler bag for hygiene purposes, and whenever I needed some, they would retrieve the Ziploc packs I had prepared. Overall, I genuinely cannot fault this hotel. The thoughtful amenities, exceptional service, and family-friendly facilities made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

It was super cozy, clean and excellent service. But i didnt calculated that it was quite far from the city center and the metro station.

We enjoyed our trip at Shanghai Garden Rezen Hotel. Free shuttle bus to Disney, as well great hotel atmosphere and friendly staff. Close to outlet store. Definitely comeback our next trip to Disney.
