Coming to Disney, the hotel was clean, comfortable, offered great service, and had an excellent location. The entire experience was perfect, highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Shanghai, and I was so impressed with their excellent service. When checking out, they even asked if I needed hot water and gave me a hand cream. The complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and the airport transfer were incredibly convenient. The hotel environment was also fantastic — very clean and comfortable, with a great location. My overall experience was a perfect 10, highly recommend!

The thoughtful service made up for a minor issue, and I especially loved the heartwarming departure gift! I really want to commend the hotel for this stay! Although there was a small hiccup during check-in – our assigned room was near the equipment platform, and the noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit was quite noticeable, affecting our rest. However, after calling the front desk, the staff took it very seriously and quickly helped us switch rooms. Their efficiency and attitude in resolving the problem were excellent, and they deserve praise for that. What touched us even more were the details upon our departure. Since we had to rush to Disneyland early the next morning and wouldn't have time to eat breakfast in the restaurant, the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. It was incredibly considerate. Upon check-out, they also gave us lovely badges and hand cream as souvenirs, which instantly made us feel warm inside. These small touches really add a lot to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland!
