I come to Shanghai for business trips multiple times a year, and I just discovered this hidden gem! So happy! The owner is incredibly welcoming, which is rare to find in other Shanghai hotels. Whatever I needed, the owner handled it quickly. I'm not a shill, just genuinely sharing this with friends who are as lucky as I am! This was my first stay too! Come and share my good luck! Very clean and conveniently located close to the metro. The service was excellent 👍

Facilities: Poor soundproofing; I could hear loud noises from next door and people coming and going in the residential area outside very clearly. Cleanliness: There was hair on the bed; only disposable towels were provided, not regular towels. Service: The front desk was often unattended.

Very good, very close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, thoughtful service, clean and hygienic, warm and comfortable, the room is large, and they also prepare fruits for entering the store. Any individual needs are also solved immediately.

When I was traveling around Shanghai with my parents and children, I decided to book a room at this hotel after visiting it in person. The hotel has complete facilities and a route map is provided in the lobby. You can refer to this route map to find places to go. We were very happy with this hotel.

Breakfast could be more varied; it wasn't really to my taste. Coffee would be even better. The room, however, was quite nice and new.
