After staying at Atour Hotel (Binjiang) for 4 days, I upgraded to an Executive Room on the last day because my child wanted a bathrobe, which is a service offered in Executive Rooms. The Executive Room offers a better view than the Deluxe Room and comes with a balcony. There's a sofa on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the night breeze and the urban nightscape from the street below. Upon closer inspection, there are several differences between the Executive Room and the Deluxe Room: the toothpaste is Ora2 mint flavor, mouthwash is provided, there's soda water, a Dyson hair dryer, a bathrobe, and a balcony. The service at Atour is excellent. My child and I had a wonderful time during our stay in Shanghai. Enjoying food and drinks by the Binjiang area at night was very pleasant, and there are many design elements and activities here. I'll definitely stay at Atour again on my next visit to Shanghai. The hotel 'aunts' (staff) are all very nice, polite, and proactively greet guests.

Came to the West Bund Grand Theatre for a show and booked this hotel for convenience. The stay was excellent, with a great location and a room with a balcony offering views of the West Bund waters. The room facilities were new and very clean, including a Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet. There's also a laundry room and a gym. Plus, the breakfast was good. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm here for a show.

Big thumbs up for the kids' slippers! The room had a fantastic view, and the West Bund Dream Center was right downstairs. It's a complex of individual little buildings, each with a private terrace. The hotel service was thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly responsive to all our needs.

Location: Very close to the West Bund Grand Theatre. I stayed here to watch the play 'Prima Facie', and there was even a tie-in event where I could check in and get a complimentary themed coffee. It was a lovely experience! Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They provided all the services I requested, and even lent me two umbrellas after I had already checked out the next day. Facilities: It seems to be a relatively new hotel, as the facilities are very modern. I had a pleasant stay.

The room was quite spacious, but facing a wall made it a bit claustrophobic. However, for a business trip, it was perfectly fine. The breakfast was generous, and the location was convenient, right by the river, which was great for walks and dining. Next time, I'll definitely choose a river view room!

Every time I go to the West Bund for a show, I stay at Atour. It's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The only issue this time was that the glass door of the bathroom in my room didn't close properly, which was a bit inconvenient since I was staying with a friend. The front desk was very efficient and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Everything is smart-controlled; if you need anything, you just order it via XiaoDu. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the central business district, right next to the Huangpu River. You get first-class city views of the CBD and the river. The bedding was comfortable, and the staff even upgraded my room for free. This will be my go-to hotel for future business trips.
