For my last two days in Shanghai, I stayed at this incredibly comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and warm design hotel that also offered amazing food. It's very kid-friendly – they proactively upgraded us to a king-size room and provided children's amenities and a kids' breakfast. The hotel staff were lovely, and the food was beautiful and delicious. The hotel's design is very cozy, with meticulous attention to detail. The outdoor garden on the first floor is serene; you can hear birds singing all day long. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here again. It's quite close to Hongqiao Airport, with a bus stop within 100 meters and a metro station about 2 kilometers away by bike. The surrounding residential area also has a full range of amenities.

The room is quite small, and I was a bit surprised since I compared it to photos advertised. However, their service is superb, they can deliver your breakfast (paid) to your room. Their mode of communication to customers is wechat, I am not sure if you don't have wechat, how else you are able to communicate with the lobbyist. Also, you can hear others from other room, so you really need to be quiet or else... Aesthetic wise, it's kinda pretty, however, this may be only good for very short stays.

The staff offered to change the room due to air condition issue, AFTER our check-in. So we got into one room for 5-min and decided to move to another room. There was some communication issues as we didn't meet English-speaking staff. However, the staff team was very helpful. The hotel is about 1km walk to the nearest Metro station. Many shops/restaurants nearby.
