JI Hotel (Shanghai Pudong New International Expo Center Kerry City)

I stayed at the Ji Hotel Kerry Parkside during my trip to Shanghai, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel is close to Century Park, which was lovely for an evening stroll after dinner. Getting to Disneyland was also convenient, taking about half an hour by taxi. The decor has a Zen, natural wood style, complemented by a subtle Longjing tea fragrance – it instantly made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in, shedding off my travel fatigue. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the fresh air system kept the room feeling airy. They also have thoughtful family-friendly amenities, like a kids' play area, making it stress-free when traveling with children. Kerry Parkside Mall is right downstairs, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even provided baby utensils and baby food, with staff actively offering help with childcare. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable place to stay, perfect for family trips.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is that I frequently encountered guests smoking in their rooms with the doors open, which led to a strong smoke smell in the hallways. The staff should really step up their enforcement and penalize guests who smoke in their rooms to prevent this from happening.

Came here for a business trip. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the fruit was seasonal. They provided plenty of bottled water in the room. 🥰 The only downside was that finding the entrance was a bit confusing.
