Excellent hotel, one of the most comfortable I've stayed at in Shanghai. It's very clean and thoughtful, and they even provided complimentary fruit and red wine.

The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. The room is spacious, and it's quite close to the airport by taxi. Issue: This might be an isolated incident, but there were two flies buzzing in the room all night. Luckily, there was a mosquito repellent device. The hotel isn't far from the airport, so you'll hear planes flying overhead every now and then, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. There are many hotels in the vicinity, but considering hygiene and novelty, I recommend this one overall.

This HUAZHU Hotels property in Minhang District has a spacious lobby. The front desk staff have varied personalities – some are quite serious, while others are very warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Manager Ran in the lobby, who was exceptionally gentle, patient, and spoke with warmth and confidence. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing from the window was excellent. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money and definitely worth staying at again.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and proactive, always eager to help with any minor issues. However, the breakfast experience was a bit disappointing. When we were among the first to enter the restaurant at 6:30 AM, there were quite a few flies buzzing around the food, though they did bring out an electric fly swatter later to get rid of them.

For our trip to Shanghai Disney Resort, we chose the Mercure hotel. It's newly renovated with no formaldehyde smell at all. Before check-in, they upgraded our room and gave us a quiet one since we were with a child. The room was spacious and odor-free. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided kids' toiletries, slippers, and eye masks. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles – highly recommended!

The pillows are very comfortable, and the toiletries provided are excellent. They also offer complimentary self-service laundry facilities. Its location is very close to Hongqiao Airport and the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the lobby had a pleasant fragrance. Compared to similar hotels in the area, the pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling by early/late flights or high-speed rail.

After an early flight, I was so tired leaving the airport that I booked this hotel last minute. It turned out to be surprisingly good!

Newly furnished, sparkling clean and exquisite lobby. The room is super spacious with parquet flooring (prefer those as there’s less smell compared to carpeted floors). Before 11pm there are sounds from the plane route but not too loud. The gym is huge with rowing machine and dumbbells, and the free washing and drying machine is always a plus. Highly recommended. My hotel stay was fantastic – spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. While the gym didn't boast a huge array of equipment, it was remarkably spacious and pristine, plus there was a convenient laundry room. The overall experience delivered exceptional value, easily surpassing what you'd expect for a 500 price tag. I'll definitely be back!
