This cozy two-bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms) made check-in and check-out simple, convenient, and quick. The guesthouse was clean, dust-free, and odorless, with excellent water pressure and tidy bedding. A washing machine was provided, along with disposable face towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes. It's just a 7-minute walk to the subway station.

Great review! The room was clean and matched the pictures exactly, which I was very happy with. Especially since before coming here, I had originally booked an Airbnb in another part of Shanghai. The photos looked great, but upon arrival, the second-floor ceiling was completely covered in mold from dampness. After enduring it for two days, I switched to this place. It's just a few steps to the subway downstairs, so transportation is very convenient. The free parking downstairs is also a big bonus. A small detail: the smart toilet seat on the second floor was a bit broken, but the housekeeper said it would be fixed later. Of course, having a toilet on the second floor is still great, because later when I stayed at an Airbnb in Hangzhou, the second floor of their apartment didn't even have a toilet! I had to go downstairs from the first floor to the second floor in the middle of the night to use the bathroom... Compared to that, having a toilet on the second floor here is much more convenient.

We checked out from another apartment stay as it did not match the photos to the reality. And luckily found YiShi Homestay in trip.com in the last minute. And glad to say that YiShi Home stay is better in relaity than the photos they put in trip.com. The Location is excellent as its just besides Zhongchun metro train stop and the neighbhourhood is in a business park, so its very neat. The apartment itself is excellent with the furniture and utlilities provided are very modern, neat and with very good taste for home interiors. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay with family and it made our trip to shanghai very meomorable becuase of YiShi Homestay. Thank you for the prompt support in trip.com messages as we did not have wechat. Love You and Wishing more success to Trip.com and YiShi Homestay .

The apartment was very clean, and the host was super responsive. Plus, the location is excellent – really close to the Chun Lu exit of the subway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance, highly recommended!

The most important thing to note about this space is that the 2 bedrooms are upstairs but the only shower is on the first floor. The primary bedroom is amazing but the small bedroom is very short and not easy to live in for a long period of time, it doesn’t have any storage space.
The location is really convenient to both airports! The plaza walking distance has everything, hotmaxx for snacks, bubble tea, food, nail salons, mini grocery stores, everything!!

The rooms are clean and cozy. It has a lot of space for families with kids. The beds are very comfortable. There is an open balcony for fresh air and lounging so that is very nice. The kitchen is decently stocked for simple meals. The bathrooms are clean and both have bidets. They provide disposable hand towels and bath towels. You will need to buy your own toilet paper if you don’t like the tissue that they have. The location is awesome. It’s steps away from the airport train line and Subway Line 9. It is in a mixed neighborhood of offices and residences so there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The landlord is very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

The location is incredibly convenient. The Chunchun Road station of the intercity rail is right next door, and Line 9 is only about 300 meters away. There are many shops inside the complex, including cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my four-day stay and will definitely be back. 👍🏻
