The Tongsen Hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to the Mercedes-Benz Arena and the Expo Park. As a newly opened hotel, all its facilities are brand new, and the room decor is exactly to my personal taste. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, complemented by an à la carte service, and everything tastes delicious. A special thank you to Nancy and Mia for their outstanding service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

This hotel offers a very comfortable environment. The river view room was incredibly soothing. The restaurant on the 19th floor serves exceptionally delicious food; both dinner and breakfast were high quality, and the service was excellent. Please keep up the great work! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Expo Exhibition Center, Mercedes-Benz Arena, Expo Culture Park, China Art Museum, and the Romance Park. Downstairs, you'll find the Expo Place mall, and nearby is Expo Source, offering a rich array of commercial and entertainment options. As expected from a Hyatt hotel, the service quality is consistently high. During check-in, I met Ryan, the duty manager, who thoughtfully upgraded me to a stylish river-view room on the top floor and also gifted us cocktail hour access and a complimentary Mini Bar. The hotel lobby, while small, is very well-designed with a sensible layout. The room was a standard size, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable – just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. My only minor complaints are that the bathroom is a bit small with only one sink, and for a new hotel of this caliber, I was surprised there wasn't a bidet. All other amenities are comprehensive. The pool and gym are on B1; the pool isn't huge but sufficient, while the gym is much more spacious with professional equipment – a dream for fitness enthusiasts. Regarding dining, breakfast is semi-buffet style with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Plus, you get to overlook the Pudong riverside, so the views are undeniably stunning. Overall, the quality control of Hyatt hotels remains consistently stable. This hotel is suitable for business travelers, families with children, or couples looking for a leisure stay. If you're coming for an exhibition, a concert, or just visiting Shanghai, it's a highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel service was excellent. I had a lot of luggage to store, and even though my next check-in date wasn't confirmed, Bryan went above and beyond by accepting my bags, arranging for them to be delivered to my room in advance, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel environment is fantastic, very clean and tidy. Its location right by the Expo is superb. My room was upgraded, offering views of the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the China Art Palace, and even the river. There's a shopping district and subway nearby, making transportation very convenient, and there's an underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the lobby.

My stay at the Shanghai World Expo Tonson Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel's design, inspired by the World Expo culture, perfectly blends an industrial aesthetic with an artistic ambiance. The light and shadow installations in the lobby create an incredible atmosphere, making every photo opportunity perfect. I stayed in a river view room with expansive views; the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning night views of the Huangpu River and the city skyline. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The room amenities were exquisite, with high-quality toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer among the impressive hardware. The room was also spotlessly clean. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and courteous. The hotel's proximity to the World Expo Park and the China Art Palace makes it very convenient for sightseeing. Whether for a leisure vacation or exploring the city, this hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the concert venue, just a 500-meter walk away. I booked a room last minute at the hotel, and the front desk manager, Ruoruo, was incredibly kind throughout the process. Knowing I preferred quiet, she specifically arranged a room far from the elevators and crowded areas. I had a very peaceful night's sleep, which made me so happy! The hotel opened last year, so the hardware facilities are excellent. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the capsule coffee was delicious. The complimentary tea was from T9. Dining at the hotel is very convenient; the World Expo Cultural Park mall is right downstairs and has everything. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with both à la carte and buffet options. The night view from the rooftop bar is beautiful, and on weekends, they even have live singers. Enjoying a cocktail there is incredibly relaxing. The only downside is that the parking lot is shared with the mall, making parking very difficult on weekends. Spaces are few and hard to find. If you're staying at the hotel, it's probably best not to drive.

This is my second stay here, and the hotel is still new, minimalist, and stylish, with a strong sense of design. The location is excellent, close to the Mercedes-Benz Arena, and near attractions like Shanghai Romance Park and the Expo Culture Park Twin Hills. Back to the hotel itself, the modern design aesthetic is prominent. I loved the leather feel of the red sofa in the room, and the use of large floor-to-ceiling windows, mirrors, and even a ceiling mirror really expands the visual space. The service was also very thoughtful; the butler contacted me in advance, and all the staff were dedicated, leaving a great impression. The large plate of blueberries they sent me was a delightful surprise. I was particularly impressed by Flora at the front desk, and Nancy and Yuki at the guest services center. They helped me with an early check-in and late check-out, which allowed me to experience more aspects of the Tongsen Hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room decor is beautiful, and the China Pavilion offers a unique view. I arrived a bit early but there was an empty room available for check-in. Both for check-in and check-out this time, I met Bryan, who was very witty, humorous, and provided excellent service. I'll definitely consider staying here again if there's another show.

A very well-designed hotel with great views and excellent facilities. It's very close to the Exhibition Center. Breakfast is a semi-buffet style, and I highly recommend the spicy minced pork noodles. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would choose to stay here again next time.
