The bathroom, bedding, and soft furnishings all exuded a premium quality that far exceeded my expectations for comfort. What's even more remarkable is how it manages to be an oasis of calm in a lively area; closing the window completely blocked out the external noise, ensuring a peaceful, undisturbed night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast was another unexpected highlight. The variety and selection were abundant, ranging from Western pastries to Chinese hot dishes. The scallion oil noodles, in particular, were a revelation – fragrant yet not greasy, with a perfectly chewy texture and rich flavor that surpassed many long-standing Shanghai street food establishments. The serene and elegant dining atmosphere was a major plus; there was no loud chatter, just a relaxed and pleasant dining experience, which is truly rare for a hotel in the city center. The location is simply unbeatable. It's just a 50-meter walk to Nanjing West Road, making shopping, transportation, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. It truly offers the best of Shanghai's central business district while providing a unique sense of tranquility. Coincidentally, it was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel secretly prepared a wonderfully thoughtful and ceremonial surprise. It added a touch of warmth and unexpected joy to an otherwise ordinary trip, and this level of care was incredibly moving. Manager Martin was very attentive and made me feel at ease traveling with my child. On the morning of the 14th, the restaurant manager and head chef were constantly present in the dining area, closely monitoring customer satisfaction. The young ladies serving were soft-spoken and gentle. It's been a long time since I've experienced such a peaceful breakfast environment, and I truly enjoyed having breakfast in this quiet setting. I highly recommend staying here for business, vacations, and travel alike!

This hotel has a strong Swiss vibe – it's simple and eco-friendly yet still feels premium. There were a lot of European guests too. The room was smart and clean; it felt a little stuffy at first, but opening the ventilation fixed that. The front desk and lounge staff were all very welcoming. A special shout-out to Xiangxiang for her attentive service; she even gave the kids two ice creams! We were very satisfied with our stay.

The family room was very comfortable, with high-quality amenities, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar drinks. The location is convenient for exploring popular attractions like the Shanghai History Museum, The Bund, Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, City God Temple, Yuyuan Road, Zhangyuan, Jing'an Temple, and Lujiazui. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, within walking distance to Nanjing Road, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic. It's a quiet and comfortable place, not noisy at all. The staff were warm, attentive, and polite. They were very thoughtful and even sent a small dessert when they noticed it was my baby's birthday. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shanghai. It's great value for money and highly recommended! Everyone should consider staying here!!
