Hampton by Hilton Shanghai NECC Hongqiao Airport

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Hongqiao Airport and the train station. The hotel itself is grand and clean, and the front desk service was superb! Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled, and I had to rebook to arrive a day earlier. Despite the last-minute change, I was still warmly welcomed!

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the room was very clean. I've stayed for two days, and the overall experience has been great. The breakfast selection is comprehensive and very kid-friendly. They even gave us a gift featuring Shanghai landmarks when we checked out, which was a lovely surprise. I'm very satisfied; the environment is excellent and the facilities are quite complete.

Terrible service, slow response from the front desk. I waited an hour just for shower gel. A word of warning to everyone: remember to check the shampoo and shower gel bottles! You might find some 'surprises' – like hair? Or stains? Maybe even some inexplicable 'objects'! Check the reference photos below, and make sure you inspect everything. Don't be like me and get disgusted for so long with the hotel doing nothing. If it weren't for the platform intervening, it would have been difficult for me to even pursue my rights, because they completely ignored me.

Great value for money! The environment is good, the service is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The soundproofing is also decent. They even offer complimentary coffee and fruit tea, and the room comes with a fridge. Overall, a really good experience, highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and booking through Trip.com was very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to the subway station, and there's a parking lot right at the entrance, all very convenient. The room was spacious, and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also rich and varied, starting before 7 AM, which is a huge plus for those who need to catch early flights. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Eric's service was exceptional and very thoughtful. He went out of his way to arrange a complimentary non-smoking, quiet room for us, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. All the drinks in the fridge were also free! I'll definitely be back next time. Plus, they deliver food directly to the room, which is super convenient!

The room was clean, service was excellent, and it was convenient to the high-speed rail station! The pillows and blankets in the room were incredibly comfortable; perhaps the bedding at the previous hotels in Shanghai wasn't great, but this Hilton was fantastic! My younger brother accidentally injured his hand, and the front desk even provided cotton swabs and iodine, and asked if we needed band-aids. Their service was truly thoughtful!
