Had a fantastic stay! It was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Plus, the location is super convenient! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

Definitely deserves a five-star review! I'm particularly fond of hotels with a gym and breakfast buffet. Add in the practical laundry room, and it's simply perfect for long trips. It's super close to Nanjing Road on foot, and there's a variety of room types, so you can always find one that suits you.

The environment here is fantastic! I especially loved the lobby – it's really upscale, spacious, and bright. Our room was cozy with thoughtful details. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Overall, for this price point, it's unbeatable, and being near the Bund makes it super convenient for getting around. Plus, the chef was quite handsome!

Breakfast is abundant and well-balanced, and the check-out process was incredibly efficient and thoughtful. Any hardworking individual will love this place! The whole-room smart system is amazing 🤖 I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning with just my voice, all from my bed – talk about high-tech! And the self-service laundry room is a lifesaver for long trips, completely solving any laundry woes. Plus, the breakfast variety is huge, and the front desk service was super nice~

The hotel is great. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt its grandeur. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and offered hot tea, which was a warm welcome in the cold Shanghai air. The room's cleanliness was also good; it was clean and comfortable.

I was traveling in Shanghai and unexpectedly had some work come up. It was great that they had a conference room where I could rest and catch up on work. The air conditioning was very comfortable. The front desk lady even offered free tea, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
