Ruihua Hotel Shanghai

For around 300 RMB, booking this hotel was pretty good value for money. Any more expensive for this location wouldn't really be worth it, especially since the Marriott next to Lingan Park on Line 1 usually goes for around 800 RMB. It's a renovation of the old Yanghe Restaurant, so everything feels very new. However, there were exposed wires in the room, which made it seem like they opened in a rush and hadn't ironed out all the details yet. The towels, bath towels, and even the bedsheets and duvet covers were all spotless, soft, and fluffy. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I couldn't find any flaws, and I hope they can maintain this standard. Parking is free, but you have to go to the front desk to operate the barrier every time you exit, which is quite inconvenient for self-driving guests who come and go frequently. I suggest they change it so that car plates are registered in the system during check-in, allowing free entry and exit for 24 hours.

The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. I'll definitely come again next time.

The hotel is grand and upscale. I took my girlfriend on a business trip. The surrounding Grand Gateway Mall has great shopping and dining options, and there's a night market near the subway with lots of snacks. The hotel is very clean, and the towels and bedding are five-star quality. The hotel is relatively quiet, and the price is quite reasonable.
