5/5PerfectVery very pleased with the Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD experience. This is a Hyatt experience. Location is excellent for dining, transportation, and shopping. Directions to the hotel are clear and it's fun to walk through the mall to get to the hotel. Also there is the street side entrance too. Hotel Staff is excellent and much praise to Lucas for his attention, directions, and advice. Breakfast was outstanding. My colleagues were full of compliments about breakfast. 10 mins to HSR, Airport or Metro.

5/5PerfectIt was a great experience. The lobby smells so good and the location is top notch and very close to the huge hongqiao mall. Although the hotel is close to the airport, I couldn’t hear any noise from my room. The swimming pool is a joy and easy access from my room. Breakfast is superb, even better than some 5 star hotels. Will return for sure!

Haven't found the right property yet?
I stayed for one night, and had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff quickly checked me in and my room and bathroom were spotless. There's even a retractable clothesline in the shower, if you need that. I ordered room service and was very pleased. It came in under 30 minutes, and was pretty tasty. My only concern was that the tea/coffee set strangely had no spoons or anything to stir with, but otherwise, no complaints from me. I would definitely stay here again, if I need a quick hotel room near to the Hongqiao Railway Station.
