JINOUWANGUO HOTEL

My friend recommended this hotel to me. It's newly opened this year and the service is excellent. They offer free use of the fridge, microwave, and a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient and quick. The environment is also great; it's right next to People's Square Park, perfect for an evening stroll. Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street is just a 500-meter walk from the hotel entrance. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job; the beds are tidy, and the rooms are clean and odor-free. It was a wonderful trip.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive. The surrounding area is well-appointed, close to Huanghe Food Street, and only 200 meters from Changzheng Hospital and International Hotel. The location is fantastic!

I was traveling in Shanghai and stumbled upon this hotel. The rooms are all newly renovated, and the environment is great. The hygiene is also good, very clean. The front desk lady even provided free earplugs. It's very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, only a 5-minute walk. There's also a famous orthopedic hospital nearby.

This is a great hotel! Whenever I had an issue, I contacted the front desk and they were quick to respond and resolve it, which made for a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff are all very friendly and attentive, never perfunctory, and they really made me feel comfortable.

City center, convenient transportation, great value for money!

Five-star rating, highly recommended!\"","\"It was a pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable hotel in this area. The mattress was especially comfortable, definitely worth a good review!\"","\"The service was impeccable, especially Auntie Huang and Auntie Qin from housekeeping, who really helped me with my needs. When I needed something printed, Comrade Xiao Ge at the front desk solved the problem for me. I stayed here for several days and it was very comfortable. There's also a food street nearby, and they recommended several authentic Shanghai dishes and snacks to me. If you're looking for good value for money, this is the place to choose.\"","Facilities: Complete and well-equipped","Hygiene: Clean and fresh","Environment: Comfortable","Service: Warm and attentive without being intrusive"]

Extremely poor experience. 1. Terrible surroundings. It was basically a construction site road, and walking through it in the rain made me want to throw up. 2. The exterior does not match the photos at all. What’s shown online is completely different from reality, so I had no idea where to go when I arrived. 3. You have to haul your luggage up a very long flight of stairs. 4. The owner lists the property under multiple different hotel names on the platform, but it's actually all the same place. 5. The elevator is tiny, and the front desk is a total mess. Just looking at the front desk tells you the low-budget motel vibe of this place. 6. The other elevator had clothes and underwear hanging out to dry everywhere—it was horrifying. 7. The hallway diffuser/air freshener smelled so overwhelming it made me sick. 8. The room is ridiculously small. There is barely any space between the foot of the bed and the wall; you have to squeeze through sideways. 9. The room was filthy, messy, and in terrible condition. Once I walked in, I was honestly too grossed out to stay anywhere except on the bed. 10. The slippers become extremely slippery once they get wet. 11. There was a strong musty odor. 12. The bathroom felt like an outdoor camp latrine, and the toilet smelled awful.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, within walking distance. The environment is also quite good!
