Highly recommend this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, with a quiet environment for a good rest. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and hygienic, and I really liked it here. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in Shanghai. It's super close to the Bund, and there are tons of food options nearby, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was exceptionally helpful.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair on the floor and lint on the bed. Even a used toothpaste tube was left behind, and the bathroom smelled terrible. I personally saw a cleaning lady using a towel to wipe the toilet when I passed by; you really can't trust the towels here, it's scary. It was so disappointing, felt more like a hostel. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid at all costs.

The sound isolation is not very good, the door inside the bathroom don't have handle difficult to close it. Just one piece of toilet paper. It normal low place, little but expensive for what is it.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town. It's super close to the Bund, so you can just take a stroll to see the historic buildings and the dazzling night views of the Huangpu River. The room was clean and odor-free, with all the amenities you'd need, and the soundproofing was excellent – I had a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and very responsive if I had any questions. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring. It offers great value for money and is perfect for tourists. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

It's been a long time since I last reviewed a hotel. Relying on Ctrip reviews to book hotels is really unreliable. The hotel's location is decent, about 2 km from Nanjing Road, Xizang North Road, and the Bund along Tianmu Middle Road. You can walk to Joy City, and there are many small restaurants opposite the hotel. The hotel's facilities are like something out of a 1970s motel. You have to go up a step, then there's a dilapidated small elevator straight to the third floor. Stepping out of the elevator, you're greeted by a long plastic curtain, behind which is the so-called front desk for check-in. The hotel's facilities literally gave me goosebumps. Since it's close to the train station, I could tolerate staying one night. The female owner was friendly and seemed amiable during check-in. The room was small, but the bedsheets were clean. The bathroom felt like a semi-prefabricated unit; the shower water was hot, but the drainage was terrible. After showering for just a short while, the water started overflowing out of the bathroom door. I didn't dare use the hotel's shower slippers, as I doubted they'd be disinfected in a place with such facilities. During check-in, I asked the female owner for a 2-hour late check-out, and she asked me to leave a good review. The next day, she actually forgot and knocked on my door for check-out. I had checked in around 5-6 PM. What I found most baffling was that the next day, many rooms in the hotel were empty, but when I had my luggage ready to leave around 1 PM, and it was pouring rain outside, an older staff member at the front desk said she needed to clean the room. I explained I was checking out but couldn't leave due to the heavy rain. She told me to take my luggage and wait by the door until the rain stopped. That woman made my impression of Shanghai plummet to freezing point. Forget about whether the hotel has good service; this kind of unfriendly attitude towards guests is just terrible. I admit I was trying to save money by booking this shoddy hotel, but for nearly 300, you'd at least expect basic hotel service. For those considering booking a hotel like this, please add a little more to your budget and stay at a reputable brand for a relaxing trip!
