The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was varied, and the parking was free. I highly recommend staying at the flagship property!

This family-friendly hotel was such a wonderful surprise! The entire room was decorated in a lovely pink princess style with unicorn and little princess cartoon bedding. My child was absolutely thrilled the moment we walked in. The two beds were spacious and soft, and the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable. All the amenities were complete and clean. The overall atmosphere was cozy and playful, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the decor. It was a perfect stay with kids and offered incredible value for money. Definitely our top choice for traveling with children, and we'll be booking again!

A very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious and the environment is excellent. The front desk service was great, and check-in was quick. The room facilities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had smart controls. They even offered a complimentary late check-out. Especially when I extended my stay, they patiently explained the price differences between rooms. A really good hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, which is great for weekend shopping. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is very attentive.

We come here every Chinese New Year to set off fireworks, then go fishing at Haichang. Parking is convenient, and there's a mall across the street with plenty of dining options, including Hema (a grocery store), so you have everything you need. The kids also love taking a bath with a bath bomb in the tub.

The location is a bit of a mixed bag. Right in front, there are residential houses with a large vegetable patch. If you open the window, you get a whiff of fertilizer, which isn't great. However, it's super convenient for food and drinks. There's a RT-Mart right behind, and a big mall next door, so ordering takeout is a breeze. I was traveling with my son, and it took about 15 minutes to drive to Haichang. The front desk service was excellent; my son managed to lose my phone in the bed crevice, and they immediately sent a security guard to help me find it.
