I enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s my second time staying here and it’s been a pleasant experience once again.

Very close to airport with transportation (shuttle) every hour to arrive to Pudong (aprox 10-15 min depending on terminal) quiet far from center requires one hour to reach. very good for short stay - large rooms well equipped. restaurant is also available with good options.

Booked this hotel for an early flight. Parking was convenient, and the room was a split-level with two large beds, perfect for families. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is super convenient!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes and was always on time. They also have both large and small buses, so there was never an issue getting a seat. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We booked a duplex room with two levels, which was a lot of fun and something a little different. The industrial-style design was also really nice. We’d happily stay here again if we have an early flight or are just passing through. There was some road construction nearby during our stay, but it didn’t affect the hotel or our sleep at all. Also, excellent value for money. We usually stay at the Airport Hotel right between T1 and T2 of PVG, but that is quite pricey for a 5-6 hours of sleep.

The Ramada Encore by Wyndham Shanghai Pudong Airport is incredibly convenient for travelers. The airport shuttle arrived very quickly; I was on the bus shortly after collecting my luggage. For departures, you just need to book with the front desk in advance and be there 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The room was clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a layover. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness: Very clean, not a speck of dust. The room was meticulously cleaned. Service: Excellent service, with a shuttle bus to the airport, making it convenient for both T1 and T2. Facilities: It's a duplex design, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Environment: Great, and no noise.

The room was clean and tidy, and my family of three booked a duplex room which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel environment is also great, and there's a shuttle bus every half an hour, which is really convenient and efficient. The vehicles are new and comfortable, and the drivers provide warm and attentive service. You just need to book your time at the front desk and catch the bus at Gate 3 of the departure hall. Since we arrived late and were a bit hungry, we managed to grab a bowl of beef noodles at the hotel restaurant just before it closed at 11 PM. It was quite good too! Even though it was a short layover, the experience was great, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean and nice. Location is kind of far away from everything. Water in the bathroom not that warm. Have a bottle of shampoo, but not conditioners. Service desk staff are nice and welcoming. Overall it’s okay if those small things change.

The shuttle bus service from Pudong Airport to the hotel is quite convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. There was some construction along the way, but once I saw the hotel environment, I was quite pleased. I arrived late and was too tired to check the room details thoroughly, but it met my basic needs and was relatively quiet. I took the shuttle back to the airport early in the morning, and it went smoothly. The staff were also very helpful.

The grounds and architecture are beautiful, truly an oasis near the airport. Arriving late at night felt absolutely dreamy. The duplex room was also stunning, a perfect blend of industrial and classic aesthetics. The driver and front desk staff were very thoughtful and polite.

It was noisy at night due to the crowd, and the soundproofing wasn't great, so I couldn't get a good rest. However, the pick-up and drop-off service to Pudong Airport was excellent; they could even arrange it late at night, though you need to book two hours in advance.

1. Brekkie is good 2. Shuttle bus to the airport is 24 hours 3. Loft is ok. But the larger room is good
