I chose this hotel because I was on a business trip. The price is OK. The location is a little off, but it is still convenient to take a taxi to Hongqiao Station. The hygiene is acceptable.

The carpet is torn and dirty, and the sound insulation is poor. It is written online that the points can be deducted from the room fee, but after trying several times, it cannot be deducted. It feels a bit like a consumer fraud. I will not stay here next time. It is very bad 👎

The Panbu Hotel is cost-effective and has better service quality than similar hotels. The room is clean, bright and warm, the front desk lady is polite and courteous, and I feel at home when I stay at the Panbu Hotel. I hope to stay at the Panbu Hotel again next time.
