房間不大但整體感覺設施齊全，整潔舒適，酒店大環境優美，有大草坪大池塘，飯後散步超級舒服。酒店距離明珠湖不到一公里，到西沙濕地也非常方便。

周圍啥啥沒有，出門左轉就是一些個蒙古包，空氣中瀰漫了羊糞味兒，可以説非常農家樂了。 房間設施非常老舊了，尤其是床品，那硬度直追240號混凝土，睡一晚上腰痠背痛，第二天還要去跑半馬，真把人整麻了。 空調也不行，噪音非常大，都開到45度了房間晚上還是涼颼颼的感覺。 唯一值得表揚的是旁邊的農家菜館，菜的份量大，口味也不錯，都是現炒的菜

第一晚上給我們換了酒店，入住明珠湖度假村，度假村環境優美，房間設施齊全完善，很好。第二晚上回到天鵝湖度假村酒店：前台服務人員太度不積極，房間設施陳舊，異味很重。這是上海明珠湖長飽節推薦酒店，但裏面的服務人員卻不知道，午餐不提前，後來多人説了要提前，衹提前了半個小時。我就因早歺吃的時間同跑步時間太短而沒有吃。這是我在全國跑馬碰到的第一家不懂跑馬早餐得提前的常規的酒店。
