Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza

We visited Shanghai with family in September and felt right at home at the Tianshan Hotel. A special thank you to Maggie and Michael for their welcoming service. They were incredibly thoughtful, providing great recommendations for dining and transportation around the hotel, and truly prioritized our guest experience.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff member Cindy provided excellent service, always resolving issues promptly. The hotel's location is convenient, with shopping malls and amenities nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel parking is chargeable, but the front desk offers discounts for hotel guests, so the price is reasonable. Manager Cindy provided excellent service, being attentive during both check-in and check-out. They also granted a late check-out until 2 PM. Overall, it was a good experience.
